45 minutes – parental assistance required – Boys and Girls

This class focuses on fun and physical development alongside a parent or guardian (16+). Participants experience all of the apparatuses in small groups, completing weekly circuits focusing on a particular movement pattern or fun theme. Activities will be chosen to suit each child’s age and ability level, and will introduce children to the basics of gymnastics.

This is a structured, coach-led class that prepares toddlers for the independent classes: Junior Kindergym (3-4 years) and Kindergym (3-5 years).

Graduates of this program receive a certificate of completion.
