Summer Camp

Make your child's summer truly EPIC! Good times and great memories guaranteed. Your child will be in the hands of our competent coaches for a week (or more!) of fitness and fun. Each week features a unique theme for a more immersive experience.

What to Pack

What should you pack to prepare your child for a day at camp? We advise packing everything you'd send with them for a day at school plus plenty of water and extra snacks. Here is what we recommend:
 
FULL DAY CAMPER
2+ Filled water bottles - label with name
1 Healthy Lunch
2 Healthy Snacks
Athletic Attire (no buckles or zippers, no crop tops)
Weather-appropriate outdoor wear
Slip-on Shoes for Inside (e.g. flip-flops)
Athletic Shoes for Outside (e.g. running shoes)
Sunscreen (if desired)
Swimsuit & Towel (for water games)

Camp Schedule

What does a typical day at camp look like? Here is an example of what your child's day might look like. Keep in mind, our coaches like to keep things dynamic, so no two days will be exactly alike! However, we do guarantee your child will participate in a full day of gymnastics instruction, physical activity, and fun.
